Refund policy

CHANGE OF MIND

Leila candles accepts refunds within 30 days of you receiving your item, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please not all shipping costs for returns/refunds are at the customers expense. Please email hello@leilacandles.com.au with your order number and details on all items to return. Allow approximately 1 week for processing of the item/s.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the event that an item is faulty we will provide a full refund  please email hello@leilacandles.com.au with all details of the issue and photos of the product and someone will be in touch.

To start a return, you can contact us at leilamorrissey@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will issue a full refund or replacement of the product once photos have been supplied. Please note due to limited availability some products may be out of stock, if this is the case a full refund will be supplied.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
