Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Change of mind
Leila Candles will consider requests for refunds within 30 days of you receiving your item. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same, re-sellable condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that all shipping costs for returns/refunds due to a change of mind are at the customer’s expense. Please contact us by email at info@leilacandles.com.au with your order number and details of all items to be returned. Allow at least one week for processing of the item/s. Please note it can take some time for your or our bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Please note also that items sent back to us without first requesting a return or refund will not be accepted.
2. Faulty Items
In the event that an item is faulty, we will provide a full refund. To start a return, please contact us by email at info@leilacandles.com.au with details of the issue and photos of the product. We will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable to arrange either a replacement item or a refund.
If your return is accepted:
a) Leila Candles will issue a full refund or replacement of any faulty product once photos have been supplied. Please note due to limited availability, some products may be out of stock. If this is the case, a full refund will be supplied.
b) Leila Candles will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the returned item. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
c) You will be refunded automatically via your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your or our bank or credit card company to process the refund.
